From the end of the 1980's and into the 1990's Yass Scout was growing into a large group with almost 100 members across the sections

The Scouts Traveled to Perth to taken part in the 17th Australian Jamboree

Leaders like Neil Brown, Jim Thompson, Bob Hardy, Peter Makin and John Pearsall were busy in the Scout group, Planning exciting programs and trips away.
