In the back of a cupboard I found this photo of 1st Yass Scout in the very early 1920's taken at the Drill Hall in Yass. This Hall was the first hall Yass Scouts used up until the mid 1950"s when the Scout Hall in Comur Street was built.

While cleaning up some old files in the back room of the Scout Hall, I came across an envelope with articles and letters from the 1950's as well as original registration of 2nd Yass Cub Pack in 1965 (sadly closed now).
I thought coming up to 95th birthday, I would start to scan and share these bits of history.
